Tasso Institute processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide these data to us yourself.

Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data on website visitors who are under 16 years of age. Unless they have permission from parents or guardian. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is older than 16. Therefore, we encourage parents to be involved in their children’s online activities to avoid collecting data about children without parental consent. How long do we store personal data
Tasso Institute will not retain your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes for which your data is collected. We use the following retention periods for the following (categories) of personal data:

  • Newsletter, name and email: until cancellation.
  • Student administration: personalia, address, contact details, study progress: until max. 1 year after graduation. Address and contact data can be kept for reunions.
  • Within the framework of the legal retention period financial administration: Invoices with name and address data: 7 years.
  • Personnel data: up to a maximum of 2 years after termination of employment.

Sharing personal data with third parties
Tasso Institute does not sell your information to third parties and will only provide it to third parties if it is necessary to execute our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. With companies that process your data on our behalf, we conclude a processing agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data.
