Background
Systemic constellations have recently received a growing attention in a corporate context and are perceived as highly effective. Organizations, like families, follow systemic principles, and if these principles are disturbed it is affecting also the members of the organization. The objective of Systemic Constellations is to "put things in order". And this is what we do.

About the facilitator

Hans TenDam - an ICMC Certified Management Consultant - has been an independent consultant since 1970. He has an international experience in consultancy, management development, organizational development, conflict resolution and strategic consultancy, both in business and in the public sector. More recently, he became a trainer for therapists. He has worked with organizational constellations in the Netherlands, Finland and Brazil.
